Hall Hire

Are you looking for a venue to host an event? We have a medium sized hall with a capacity to hold 100 seated guests/non seated up to 150. Our hall comes included with tables and chairs and a fully licenced bar. (No alcoholic drinks are allowed to be brought onto the premises).

*Kitchen/Catering (Kitchen Use - Re-heat Only)

*We do not allow hirers to provide their own caterers, however we do have a list of approved caterers you can contact. If you are a caterer or know of someone who you would like to provide catering for your event, they must be able to provide all the relevant catering documents i.e. Food & Hygiene Certificates, Public Liability Insurance, Company Certificate & Confirmation of Staff Training and any other relevant documents required. This will be discussed in detail at the time of your booking, or you can contact us to find out more.

We hire for:

Birthday Parties, Funerals, Christenings, Memorials, Baby Showers, Weddings, Nine Nights, Children Birthday Parties (age 12 under only). UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT CATER FOR TEENAGE OR YOUNG PEOPLE PARTIES, GATHERINGS, FUNCTIONS OR SEMINARS. YOU MUST BE AGED 21 AND OVER.

Dances / Fundraising Events:

If you are thinking of using our hall to hold a dance or fundraising event, you will need to visit the centre to meet with the Chief Executive for approval. Call the office to arrange a date and time to meet on 0121 525 9177. Select opt 3.

Bar:

The bar is located within the hall and can be requested as part of your function. HIRERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BRING IN THEIR OWN ALCOHOLIC DRINKS ONTO THE PREMISES. All alcohol must only be purchased from our bar. There is no additional cost to open the bar. We take card or cash payments.

DJ music equipment:

All hirers will be responsible for bringing in their own Music System & Speaker Boxes and must take full responsibility for their own equipment. Sound systems are limited to just one set.

Table & Chair Covering, Chair Bows:

Unfortunately, we do not provide any chair covers, table covers, bows or centrepieces. However, I can give you the contact details for someone who can provide this service. Please as at the time of your booking.

How to book

If you would like to book our venue, first call the office to check if the date if available, if the date is available, you will need to come to the centre in person to complete our booking form and pay the deposit to secure the date. The deposit is £150 and is payable either by cash or card. (All deposits are refundable subject terms and conditions).
