The letter asked businesses to provide information so we can establish if they are eligible for the grant and also the information we need to make a payment.
This information must be provided on an online form which you can find here.
As part of the application process you will be asked to upload a copy of your business' latest bank statement (For limited companies, this must be a company bank account. We are not be able to pay grants for a limited company into a personal bank account). Once we have received your completed online form and bank statement, we are required to carry out some due diligence checks to verify the information you have provided. If it is established you are eligible for a grant, it will be paid into your bank account via BACS. We appreciate that these are difficult times for our business community and we aim to deal with applications as quickly as possible.
